CANCELLATION POLICY

At Minto Holidays Pvt Ltd, we understand that plans can change. Our cancellation policy outlines the terms and conditions under which cancellations and refunds will be processed for our services. By booking with us, you agree to the terms of this cancellation policy.

1. General Cancellation Policy

Cancellation by You:

• Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email to [query@mintoholidays.co.in].
• The date of receipt of the cancellation request will determine the applicable cancellation fees.

2. Cancellation Fees

For Tour Packages

• More than 30 days before departure: 10% of the total booking cost or a minimum administrative fee, whichever is higher.
• 15-30 days before departure: 25% of the total booking cost.
• 7-14 days before departure: 50% of the total booking cost.
• Less than 7 days before departure: 100% of the total booking cost.

For Hotel Bookings:

More than 15 days before check-in: Full refund minus an administrative fee.

7-15 days before check-in: 50% of the total booking cost.

Less than 7 days before check-in: 100% of the total booking cost.

For Flight Tickets:

• Cancellation fees for flight tickets will be subject to the airline’s policies and may vary depending on the fare rules and class of booking.

4. Changes to Bookings

Changes to Itinerary:

• Requests to change travel dates, destinations, or services must be made in writing.
• Changes are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
• Changes made less than 7 days before departure may be treated as cancellations and subject to the above cancellation fees.

5. Force Majeure

• Minto Holidays Pvt Ltd is not liable for cancellations or changes due to events beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, wars, epidemics, or governmental actions. In such cases, we will make every effort to offer alternative arrangements or refunds where possible.

6. Non-Refundable Services

• Certain services, including but not limited to specific promotional packages, discounted bookings, or last-minute bookings, may be non-refundable. This will be clearly indicated at the time of booking.

7. Special Circumstances

• In special circumstances, we may offer more flexible cancellation terms. Any such exceptions will be at the sole discretion of Minto Holidays Pvt Ltd and must be agreed upon in writing.
